📦 Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: We know you’re excited to start playing! For Cairo and Giza, delivery usually takes 1–3 days. For Alexandria and other governorates, expect your order within 3–5 working days.

Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
A: Yes, of course! You can pay the courier in cash when your order arrives at your door. We also accept card payments online if you prefer.

Q: Can I check the toy before I pay?
A: At Lido, we want you to be 100% happy. You can check the outer packaging with the courier. If the box looks damaged, you can refuse the delivery on the spot.

Q: What exactly are "STEM" toys?
A: STEM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math. But at Lido, we just call it "smart fun." These are toys that help your child learn how to solve problems and think creatively while they play.

Q: Are your toys safe for my baby?
A: Absolutely. We only pick toys made from non-toxic, high-quality materials. Every product is tested to make sure it's safe for the age group it's designed for.

Q: Will my child get bored of these toys after two days?
A: That’s exactly what we’re trying to stop! We choose "open-ended" activities. This means there are many ways to play with them, so they stay interesting as your child grows.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges
  • Returns or refunds are accepted within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with original packaging.
  • Damaged, opened, or incomplete items may not be accepted by the courier and are not eligible for refund.
  • If the package is damaged upon return, the courier has the right to refuse receiving it.
  • Refunds will be processed after the returned item is inspected and approved.
